Booking and Payment
provisional booking is a temporary reservation. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your
booking which is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your holiday. The
balance is to be paid 6 weeks in advance of your holiday. If you are
booking less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, full payment
is required. If the full balance is not received by the due date, we do
reserve the right to cancel your booking.
The prescribed number of persons per cottage
should be respected. We do accept payment in Sterling or Euros. If you are booking
direct with us, payment by bank transfer is preferred. If you are booking
via Tripadvisor, you can pay direct with them by
card payment method.

The owners retain the right to enter the property at any reasonable
time to deal with any complaints and to carry out any repairs deemed
necessary to the property or equipment.
