The independent cottage is on a quiet road exiting the village of La Chaize Giraud. The beach is a 5km bike ride along quiet roads and cycle paths. The interior of the cottage is modern with a large lounge, partitioned kitchen area, shower room, WC and bedroom. English TV.

The kitchen facilities include electric hob, mini electric oven, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

To the rear of the cottage there is a large attractive fenced garden with grassed areas and trees, a tiled patio with garden furniture and barbecue.
